Special Needs Law in October and Throughout the Year
October is National Special Needs Law Month. The attorneys and staff of Johnson Teigen, LLC provide individuals and their loved ones with comprehensive special needs planning.

Attorney Mark Johnson recently co-presented “Estate Planning Under the SECURE Act, Including Special Needs Trusts” at a State Bar of Wisconsin seminar. Also, Attorney Johnson is a member of the Special Needs Alliance, a national network of attorneys focused in special needs planning.
In addition, Attorney Meghan Teigen is active in community and professional organizations for those with disabilities. She is on the board of directors of The Arc-Dane County, and she is a co-chair of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) special needs trust steering committee. In addition, Attorney Teigen is on the board of directors for the State Bar of Wisconsin Elder Law and Special Needs Section.
