NAELA Appoints Attorney Mark T. Johnson to its Board of Directors
The National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) has appointed Mark T. Johnson to serve on its national Board of Directors for a two-year term beginning June 1, 2022. NAELA members work with the legal issues of older adults and people with disabilities. Mark served as the Wisconsin NAELA chapter president in 2019-2020, guiding WINAELA as the Covid-19 pandemic began. Mark is a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) as conferred by the National Elder Law Foundation and as recognized by the American Bar Association for specialty certification. Mark will be the seventh Wisconsin representative to serve on NAELA’s Board. His colleague, Barbara Hughes, comments, ” We are proud to continue the tradition with such a well-respected, hardworking colleague as Mark.”
